Contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook Page, or Email within 3 days of delivery.
Provide your Order ID, Product Name, and reason for return. Attach clear photos/videos if necessary.
Our team will verify your claim and arrange pickup or provide the return address.
After inspection, a replacement, exchange, or refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
